Our Cancellation Policy:

• Up to one week before arrival: Free of charge
• From one week to one day before arrival: 50% of the total price
• On the day of arrival: 80% of the total price
• No-show and early departure: 80% of the remaining open period
• Long-stay offers may have different cancellation policies due to the length of the booking.

Cleaning Interval:

Depending on the length of your stay, we plan a mid-stay cleaning, which occurs between 08:00 AM and 11:00 AM and will be announced in advance. During this cleaning, we will clean the bathrooms and perform surface cleaning. Additionally, we will change towels and bed linens.

You are responsible for dishwashing and trash disposal. Please make sure to clean up the dishes and trash accordingly upon departure. Instructions can also be found in the guest information booklets.

For bookings up to 2 weeks:

No mid-stay cleaning is planned.

If you still desire mid-stay cleaning, please inform us upon arrival so that we can arrange a suitable date. Mid-stay cleaning incurs a fee of €19.

For stays of 3 weeks or more:

A mid-stay cleaning is scheduled in the middle of the stay.

For stays of 4 weeks or longer:

Cleaning occurs every two weeks.
